No, nothing commercial. After all the landscapes and buildings I just felt like taking pictures of people for a change. ;-) I really like to look at good portraits, but taking them myself is difficult for me and I don't have much experience.
Well I think there are similarities in subject matter between my picture (and the ones I recently uploaded) and Look at the Future but while Tomas Pospech's is a documentary project mine is not. At least I don't see it that way.
I am not too excited about Pospech's series. The concept sounds good: The culture inside multinational companies - this is something which I find very interesting and which could potentially also be an interesting topic to explore in a photo project. But I agree with Doug that the actual result in Posepch's case is kind of lacking.
Tomas Rihosek, what do you mean by "pundit picture"?
Ondrej, you're right. By coherence in post-processing I didn't mean using the same colours, but rather a sort of consistency regarding contrast and general "feel". But I also agree with Tomas (Szepe), this is no general rule which applies all the time.
Thanks, I'll think about that. For some time now I think I should add some other colours, right now there's lots of similar colours in all these pictures, green, blue, brown... I'm sarting to grow tired of those. I need different colours to diversify a bit, like the red in the one picture (vertical, buildings with clouds). At the same time I think I also need to establish some coherence in post-processing... Well, these things are not easy, but I think crucial for a series to be succesful. But you know this yourself. ;-)
Yeah, right... ;-) But seriously, I want to figure out what to do with those pictures, if they could fit in a series or not or wether to include others etc.
You think on this dark background the contrast looks a bit... too much?
Doug, yes, I feel the same. And no, I didn't do much at all in post-processing, just minor colour and contrast adjustments. I think it was as Tomas said, the light was reflected from the ground and the building and it was slightly filtered to begin with, the sky was a bit hazy.
By the way, about the 6x7 format. The camera I use actually produces negatives which are closer to a 4x5 aspect ratio. By now I have really learned to like this format a lot, but it took me quite some time to get used to it. You have to compose differently compared to 35mm.

Much better I liked his Castle Owners series. :-)
